HOW TO USE

Boil 1 gallon of water in a large pot & turn off the heat. Add 5-8 drops of oil in water & set the pot in a comfortable location where you can breathe in the steam for as long as possible. Repeat several times a day when actively sick. (Do not ingest)

Topically: Add a single drop of the oil to 2 teaspoons of a carrier oil or lotion and rub onto the chest or inside of wrists.

Diffuser: Add 1-2 drops of oil to an essential oil diffuser and allow the scent to fill the room
