This gorgeous double pendant necklace is handmade with a real Morpho Luna butterfly wing paired with a silver-dipped quartz crystal point! The top portion of this double pendant is made from a real Morpho Luna butterfly wing embedded under magnified glass and set in antique silver. (Please read below for more on how I ethically obtain the butterfly wings!) The entire pendant measures approx. 2.5" long x 1.2" wide.

The Morpho Luna is found in South America. The butterfly's wings are a delicate slightly translucent white and adorned with anywhere from 3 to 6 brown and golden "eyespots." Each necklace will come in an organza gift bag with literature on the species of butterfly!
